Welcome to Lifooda - AI Calorie Tracker ("Lifooda", "we", or "us")! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lifooda - AI Calorie Tracker ("the App") and are a binding legal agreement between you and Lifooda. By accessing, downloading, installing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.
By accessing or using the App, you: Confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract; Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws; Understand and accept that we may modify these Terms from time to time, with or without direct notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3. USER ACCOUNTS
By registering an account with us, you confirm that the information you submit is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are solely responsible for protecting your login credentials and limiting access to your device. You agree to take full responsibility for all activities or actions carried out through your account

Data Collection and Storage: We collect both text
and image data you upload, solely for the purpose of delivering and improving
our services.
Meal Photos: The photos you submit for analysis will
be retained. These images will not be shared with any third parties without
your explicit consent.
Your privacy is important to us. By using our
Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, use, and share certain
personal information as outlined in our posted Privacy Policy. For more

Some parts of the Service are billed on a
subscription basis ("Subscription"). Lifooda
currently offers the following subscription plans:
Monthly Subscription:$4.99 USD
Annual Subscription:$29.99 USD
Free Trial: We offer a 3-day free trial for new
users. If you sign up for the free trial, you will be automatically charged the
applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel
before it ends.
Billing and Payment: Subscriptions purchased through
Lifooda are processed via the app stores. Upon
purchase confirmation, the fee will be charged to your app store account.
Renewals: Subscriptions will automatically renew
unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current
subscription period. Your app store account will be charged for the renewal
within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
6. THIRD-PARTY OWNED CONTENT AND LINKS
The Services may contain third-party owned content and links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). We do not endorse, sponsor, recommend, or otherwise accept responsibility for any Linked Sites. In addition, Linked Sites are not under the control of us, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of the Linked Sites.
Accuracy of Analysis: Lifooda employs AI to evaluate meal photos. Although we strive for precise results, complete accuracy cannot be assured. It is your responsibility to confirm the information given and seek advice from a healthcare professional when needed.
Disclaimer: Lifooda disclaims any liability for inaccuracies or omissions in the AI-generated analyses. The Services are intended solely for informational use and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or nutritional guidance.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective as soon as they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
